Abstract
This Thesis “Pelaksanaan Pendaftaran Hak Pakai atas Tanah Kas Desa Di Kabupaten Klaten Dalam mewujudkan Tertib Administrasi Pertanahan”. The village treasury is one of the village’s wealth that is part of one of the village’s assets. Acquistion of the village’s cash rights in the district is bassed on a land use rights application. After the application of land rights is received then issued SK. Land registration is done since three months after the anactment of SK. In fact the registration of land is not done in accordance with the provisions of SK. The village treasury land can not be traded and can not be transferred.
