Abstract
The title of this writing is The Implementation of Registration of Property Rights in A Complete Systematic in Realizing The Legal Certainty in The Nagekeo District of East Nusa Tenggara Province. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the registration of property rights in a complete systematic in realizing legal certainty in the district Nagekeo. The type of research used is empirical legal research, namely legal research focusing on social facts and conducted directly to respondents to obtain data the implementation of registration of property rights in a systematic manner in realizing the legal certainty in The District Nagekeo. The conclusion if this research is the implementation of accordance with existing regulation and A total of 30 (thirty) respondents as participants of the implementation of complete land registration system has obtained a certificate of land rights as a powerful evidentiary instrument.
