Abstract

The criminal act of corruption in Indonesia is generally done by the powerful and has high authority in a government, because the modernization of corruption is done in a way and modus operadi that is difficult to be revealed so that law enforcement officers are difficult to find evidence proving this white collar crime. One of government way for corruption cases revealing is with the presence of reports from the public or witness statements. In general, in organized crime, people who know are part of the perpetrators of corruption itself, therefore the role of justice collaborator in corruption crime is very helpful to law enforcement officers to uncover other cases. As rewarding the justice collaborator for his explanation that assists law enforcement officers, the actors of justice collaborator in corruption will be given less punishment than the other perpetrators, then when the justice collaborator is held by the Witness and Victim Protection Agency will coordinate with the head of Penitentiary to fulfill other rights are parole or additional remissions. The prosecutor will consider in his / her demands if the defendant has contributed to the disclosure of another larger case then the judge will also consider in its decision to impose a reasonable penalty for the offender of justice collaborator.
