Abstract

This study entitled Parent Responsibility to Children After Divorce (Case Study in Religious Courts Sleman) Parent's Responsibility to Children After Divorce (Case Study in Religious Courts Sleman). The formulation of the problem of this research is how judge judgment in deciding about parent responsibility to child after divorce and What is the legal effect for parents who do not carry out responsibility to child after divorce. The purpose of this research is to know about the things that judge consideration in deciding about parent responsibilities to children after divorce and To know about the legal consequences to be received by parents who do not carry out the responsibility of the child after the divorce. The conclusion of this research is Judge in consideration of decision of parent's responsibility to children after divorce especially in the case of middle-age paying attention of parent's job in determining the cost which dtanggung by parent. Due to the law that dterma parents who do not run the court decision on the parent's responsibility to the child after the divorce is First, the Execution Request with a court decision or deliberately neglect not to run a verdict can be requested to execute the decision by force by way of applicant apply.
