Abstract

Implementation of Pakraman Village Property Right Registration through Complete Systematic Land Registry in Badung Regency, Bali Province. On the island of Bali there are many customary villages one of the traditional village is the village pakraman. The village of pakraman is designated as a custom village based on Bali Province Regulation Number. 3 of 2001 Juncto Regional Regulation Number. 3 of 2003 on Pakraman Village. In Desa Pakraman there are more than one Banjar. Banjar is a group of people who are a group of indigenous Balinese who founded ruamh lived on the land of the village of pakraman. In the year 2017 PTSL was carried out over the land of pakraman village. How is the implementation of Village Property of Pakraman Registration through Complete Systematic Land Registry in Badung Regency. The type of research that has been done is empirical law research. Empirical legal research is a study that focuses on the behavior of legal society with sociological legal research that sees the law in the real sense of the reality and facts that exist in society through observation, interview or questionnaire distribution. The result of research that registration of land belonging to Desa Pakraman Kapal, Mengwi Sub-district, Badung Regency run in accordance with the prevailing regulations. That the Implementation of Pakraman Village Ownership Registration through PTSL in Mengwi Sub-district, Pakraman Ship Village has been in accordance with the provisions in force and all respondents who occupy the land of pakraman village have obtained certificate of land belonging to the village of pakraman held by the Village Head Ship that is kept in the village office . in the hope to the Land Office of Badung regency to be more often proactive to do counseling about the importance of PTSL to land Pakraman Village in Badung regency that has not been registered so that it can be registered soon.
