Abstract
This thesis entitled "The Implementation of the Transfer of Agricultural Land Function to Non-Farm For Residence in Grobogan District. The main problem in this thesis is how the implementation of the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land for residence in Grobogan district. There are societies that build residential land on farms without going through licensing procedures. The purpose of this study is expected to be useful for legal science in general in the field of land in particular the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural in Grobogan district and Grobogan District Government in general and Head of Grobogan District Land Office in particular in providing explanations on the conversion of agricultural land to non farm for residence. This study is an empirical study focusing on community behavior. This research requires primary data as primary data and secondary data for the next with the method used in this writing is a method of qualitative analysis and in drawing conclusions used method of thinking is inductive. Conclusions from this study that most of the (70%)of communities do not implement conversion of agricultural land to non agricultural land for residence in district Grobogan, that (20%) of the community has implemented the conversion of agricultural land to non agricultural land for residence and (5%) the community is still in the process of permitting the conversion of agricultural land to non agricultural land for residence.
