Abstract

This study of medical rehabilitation studies on children as perpetrators of psychotropic abuse. The formulation of the problem of this study is whether the medical rehabilitation of the hospital grhasia against children as perpetrators of psychotropic abuse is in conformity with applicable legal provisions and what factors are inhibiting in applying medical rehabilitation in hospital grhasia of children as perpetrators of psychotropic abuse. The method of research is normative law research which is focused on norm of positive law in the form of supporting laws and regulations. The source of this research uses secondary data which consist of primary law, secondary law, and tertiary law. The first is the medical rehabilitation of children as perpetrators of psychotropic abuse has been running well in accordance with existing legislation, but on the other hand the child's rights have not been fully fulfilled ie there is no separation between rehabilitation place for children and for adults. Second, inhibiting medical rehabilitation of children as perpetrators of psychotropic abuse in hospitals grhasia that is children assume that he is healthy and afraid in undergoing medical rehabilitation. Suggestion of this research is supposed to hospital of grhasia build a special room of child as perpetrator of psychotropic misuse so that there is separation between child and adult in doing medical rehabilitation.
