Abstract

The title of this thesis is “Pelaksanaan Penyediaan Taman Pemakaman Umum Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sleman Nomor 3 Tahun 2008 tentang Taman Pemakan Umum Kabupaten Sleman”. The study will discuss about the regulation and the law aspects of the process on land procurement for public cemetery in city of Sleman Yogyakarta. Furthermore, it will provide the analysis of the allocation process based on Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sleman Nomor 3 Tahun 2008 tentang Taman Pemakaman Umum Kabupaten Sleman. The purpose of this investigation is to discover whether the process of public cemetery allocation in Sleman city has been done approporately under govermment regulation. Moreover, surveys from related government institution are conducted to investigate whether the implementation of the regulation has some obstacles. The study is constructed from empirical research that focuses on social behavior. All information used in this thesis is retrieved from primary and secondary sources.
