Abstract

In Kabupaten Melawi, West Kalimantan has implemented PTSL since the beginning of April. The implementation of PTSL in Melawi Regency implemented II Phase and the author's focus in this research is PTSL Phase II for residential. The existence of this PTSL activity helped to increase development in Melawi District and more Land Ownership in Melawi Regency was registered to realize the Order of Administration. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration to realize the Order of Land Administration in Kabuptaen Melawi. The type of research conducted is empirical law research. In this research, the writer can be concluded that the implementation of PTSL Phase II activities by Land Affairs Office of Melawi Regency has been implemented with good stages in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial / Head of National Land Agency Number 12 Year 2017 in Article 3 paragraph (4) and from the three villages namely Semadin Lengkong Village, Sungai Raya Village and Sungai Pinang Village have realized the Order of Land Administration so that the orderly, smooth with low cost and the certificate of PTSL has been submitted to each participant of PTSL. In the study the authors provide suggestions that the Land Office in counseling more often done not only once for the community more thorough and understand in the division of land and can be done with good activities PTSL.
