Abstract

Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) aims to keep the environment clean and comfortable as well as in the traditional market environment that generates waste of waste products such as vegetables in the form of waste that can damage the environment. The legal problem is the responsibility of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) in the management of market waste as an effort to control environmental pollution in Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur (Case Study at perbelanjaan Mentaya Kota Sampit) Garbage is very disturbing the life of the community by causing various sources of disease and environment bad. Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) seeks to control waste as an environmental pollution control. The Environment Agency cooperates with the Industry Office regarding the remaining waste of merchandise which will become waste and can damage the environment. The Environment Agency has a vision of improving the quality and function of the environment through sustainable natural resource management. And also aims to improve environmental functions and natural resource management, improve the quality of regional planning and conservation of the utilization of biological resources and its ecosystem, realize the city of clean and healthy Sampit, increase the physical capacity of the region. Having clear goals and visions is expected to create a healthy and clean environment including the market environment.
