Abstract
The title of this legal writing is the role of Prajuru Desa to help the investigator in conducting an investigation of the criminal act of corruption, The background of this legal writing is because the criminal act of corruption is a extra ordinary crime and can happen anywhere including on the Pakraman Village esppecialy at village credit institutions. About the criminal act of corruption by the law given authority for investigator of police to make the investigation but if the criminal act of corruption happen on the Pakraman Village esppecialy at village credit institutions then by the custom law of the Pakraman Village given the authority for Prajuru to make the investigation and finished the case so then the investigator of police must make a cordination with the Prajuru to get something important thing to finished the investigation.
