Abstract

The following thesis is entitled"Waste Management ofAgro-tourism Activities of Mekarsari Park in the Framework of Control of Environmental Pollution in Bogor Regency". Legal research aimed to find out how waste management of agro-tourism activities of Mekarsari Park in the context of controlling environmental pollution in Bogor Regency. The research findings indicate that there is a lack of management of Mekarsari Park because it only burns solid waste, absence ofsupervision or guidance from the environmental agency, lack of understanding of the busines. It can be concluded that waste management of agro-tourism activities ofMekarsari Park is not done well despite many effort, it happens because there is no supervision or coaching from DLH to prevent and control agro-tourism activities Mekarsari Tourist Park. Therefore it is suggested Mekarsari Park to do the management by recycling solid waste (waste) non organic such as plastic become useful, and need the existence of coaching or supervision from DLHas Government ofBogor Regency.
