Abstract

The purpose implementhing of the penitentiary is to do supervision for the inmates in order to they will realize their mistakes and do not repeat the mistakes, however, in reality there are many inmates that are not protected during the punishment. This research as aimed at knowig. The causative factores of violence in a Penitentiary and the judgements that supposed to be given. The research method of this thesis is a normative law research that doing an approach by using legislation. The result of this research includes, the causative factors of violence that is the loss of freedom, the action of seniority, the seizure of food, the lock of family support, the lach of the officers, supervision and the nature of too much emotion. The researche suggets the need to estabilish a good relationship through a communication between the inmates moreover, it is needed to add other facilities in the penitentiary such as sport facilities, liberaris and workshops .
