Abstract

Criminal acts of corruption have been widespread in the community and the more days pass more growing and growing start from a person then a lot of people who did it until the modus operandi is increasingly organized. Evidence is a very important things in corruption cases in order to reveal the truth of an occurrance, especially witness evidence. Justice Collaborator as the Criminal Witnesses Collaborating with law enforcement officers has an important role in revealing who is actually the main character behind the criminal acts of corruption. Therefore, those who can get Justice Collaborator status are only those who have a small role in a corruption cases, not the main perpetrators, because Justice Collaborator will get a reward like remission reward. If the main character becomes the Justice Collaborator, then he gets remission reward, which should not be allowed because a main character should be given a heavier sentence. This research aims to see and know how to apply the Justice Collaborator in Indonesia nowadays, based on the laws and regulations and the suitability of the protection that exists between the legislation and the reality that has been given in a criminal decision.
