Abstract

In Special Religion of Yogyakarta apartement is new thing especially in Sleman Regency because just in Sleman Regency be found apartements. The study focused on Sleman Regency. The regulation that related with development the apartement building including new. The purposes of this research were to know how developer obtain building right tittle (HGB) to build an apartemen. The aim of this study was to find out how to manage the land for building apartement until property rights over apartment units (HMSRS) published. The phase from managing the land until HMSRS published is a long prosess because each prosess related to each other. The regulation there are two, national regulation and local regulation. The result showerd that all of the apartements in the Sleman Regency were building on the right build tittle (HGB). The sample of this research is taken two from twelve apartements. The sample are Apartemen Stundent Castle and Apartemen GreenPark Jogja. The purpose of the sample is to know how the developer built the apartement and what was problem during building the apartement.
