Abstract

The title of this research is implementation of the imposition in retribution of special place for Abu Bakar Ali parking lot in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to find out implementation of the imposition in retribution of special place for Abu Bakar Ali parking lot in Yogyakarta. This research use an empirical legal research method. The data sourced by primary and secondary data. The procedure of round up the data is with field and literature study. It gathered 25 peoples use the parking area in Abu Bakar Ali parking lot for the sample in this research. Quantitative used for data analyze. The result of this research is the implementation of the imposition in retribution of special place for parking lot have been arranged in local regulation, the Local regulation arrange that the payment of provision service in special place for parking lot that owned and/or managed by local government. This research have a suggest Local government give socialization for parking lot administrator about retribution for every policy which to be applied, and more concern about field condition to take policy that suitable for parking user and parking attendants.
