Abstract

Pollution or destruction of the environment not only affects the survival of human life now, but also threatens the future of human life so that the protection and management of the environment is truly and consistent by all stakeholders. Environmental protection and management is a systematic and integrated effort undertaken to preserve environmental functions and prevent pollution and / or environmental damage including planning, utilization, control, maintenance, supervision and law enforcement. Article 28 H paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution clearly stipulates, "Every person shall have the right to live a prosperous and spiritual life, to live, and to obtain a healthy and healthy living environment and to be entitled to health services." Whereas in the management of livestock waste, waste should not be directly discharged into rivers that are close to housing or community settlements without prior screening. Supposedly, every farm has a previous waste filtration process so that the waste is already waste disposal.
