Abstract

Police Strategy in Overcoming Anarchic Cases in Sleman Regency. The recent rise of violence has often been found in social life as well as various problems related to law violations, ranging from mild to severe. In curbing legal violations that occur in Indonesia, law enforcement officers, namely the Police, are needed. Later a criminal act of anarchist crime or an attack on a motorbike rider on the highway and also a stone throw at the driver of a motorized vehicle was carried out by a group of people in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The method of data collection is done by interviewing the Sleman District Police Station and studying literature by studying and comparing primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Obstacles faced by Sleman Police in the handling of criminal acts of anarchic crime are a lack of public awareness of the cases of anarchic crime that occurred. The police should increase prevention efforts against crimes of anarchic crime by routinely increasing patrol operations in areas prone to crimes of anarchic crime and routinely conducting danger warnings of criminal acts of anarchic crime in schools.
