Abstract

Legal writing is entitled “Parole as a Development Model of Prison Inmates in Class IIA. Issues of law in this writing is about how the role of the Correctional Center (BAPAS) Class 1 Yogyakarta in carrying out supervision of the Correctional Clients who get parole, within the framework of preparing clients integrated life in society and the factors impeding Correctional Center (BAPAS) Class 1 Yogyakarta in carrying out supervision of the Correctional Clients. The aim of research in legal writing is to know about how the role of the Correctional Center (BAPAS) Class 1 Yogyakarta in conducting coaching of Correctional Clients. Methods of research in writing this law is a normative legal research. Research normative law is the legal research that focuses on positive law, in the form of legislation, and this study requires a secondary legal material as the main data. It also requires legal research secondary data in the form of oral or written opinion of the parties or experts who are associated with this paper. The methods of analysis in the writing of this law are a qualitative analysis, the analysis conducted with the understanding, assembling, and reviewing data collected systematically. Researchers draw conclusions with deductive reasoning procedure, is starting from the general proposition that the truth had been known and ends at some conclusions (new knowledge) that is specific. Results of research in the writing of this law is with the coaching given to the Central Prison Correctional Clients, the clients is able to develop economically productive of assistance provided, both for the business activities independently and develop the existing business. Social counselors should provide strong sanction for clients who do not report themselves. Directing and supervising community should motivate clients to work diligently.
