Abstract
Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Labor gives special attention to workers / laborers for wage protection, which is one of them concerning overtime wages. The essence of providing wages for overtime work is the obligation of employers to give workers rights, namely wages for overtime work. This study refers to the implementation of overtime work for PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk in Yogyakarta. The research conducted is an empirical legal research study conducted focusing on the implementation of overtime wages at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk in Yogyakarta, to require primary data as a main data and secondary data as supporting data. Then the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively, namely data analysis based on what was obtained from the literature and the location of the study both verbally and in writing. Based on the results of research conducted by PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk in Yogyakarta has not implemented the overtime wage provisions as in Article 6 KEPMENKENTRANS Number 102 of 2004 concerning Overtime Work and Overtime Work Wages.
