Abstract

This thesis is entitled Application of Sanctions Against Adultery Delegates in Ngawen District, Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The purpose of this thesis is to find out whether the sanctions imposed on acts of adultery in Ngawen district, Gunungkidul, are special areas of Yogyakarta. This thesis uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of positive legal norms and secondary data consisting of literature, legal facts from interviewees, and documents. The author uses literature studies and interviews for collection methods. Positive legal norms as analytic primary data consist of descriptions, systematization of positive legal norms, interpretation of legal norms, and evaluation of positive legal norms. For secondary data analytics, the author uses compairing between arguments to find different arguments. This script uses a deductive method to make conclusions. The conclusion of this thesis is that the application of sanctions to adultery violations is a fine of money and is issued from the area concerned.
