Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to know the effect of fun element for employee in their employment experienced that might effecting with their attitude and job satisfaction . This research is using the online Questionnaire to collect the data, which is distributed to 66 respondents of Abadi Hotel Yogyakarta. The analysis method that is used in this research is based on the four step mediation of Baron and Kenny (1986) regression analysis. The results of this research show that attitude towards workplace fun has an impact on experienced fun, attitude towards workplace fun has an impact on job satisfaction, experienced fun has an impact on job satisfaction, and attitude towards workplace fun has an impact on job satisfaction through experienced fun as the mediating variable.
