Abstract

The Objective of this research is to analyze the influence of Profitability (ROE), Ownership Structure (OS) and Firm Size (FSIZE) toward Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) five years from 2013 to 2017. Sample of this research consist of 51 companies with 136 total observations. Purposive sampling method were used as samples determining method. The observations data are taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and audited Financial Reports of this company. Analysis method by using multiple regression analysis used T statistic to check partial regression coefficient and F statistic to checked simultaneous effect and also all variables had checked with Normality test, Multikolinerity test, Heteroskedastisity test and Autocorrelation test. Based on the results of data analysis, profitability is proxies by Return on Equity negative effect to dividend payout ratio with a regression coefficient value of -0.182 the t value of -2.254 the significance level is 0.025. The first hypothesis is accepted. Ownership Structure has positive effect a regression coefficient of 0. 154 and a calculated t value of 1,667 the significance level is 0.097. The second hypothesis is rejected. Firm Size has positive effect a regression coefficient of 0.137 and a t count of 2.332 the significance level is 0.020. The third hypothesis is accepted.
