Abstract

Present research has title “Sanction for Parent as economic exploiter on children”. This research proposes for identify sanction on parent who exploit their children in economic concern and identify the obstacle in establish the sanction. Research took form normative legal research by focused on positive legal norm. Data were collected from materials of primary law as valid Acts and secondary law namely legal opinion that quote from numerous book and web-pages. Data were gained from literature and interview. Research result reveals that criminal law had not yet established since Police department hand over the case to Police unit of Pamong Praja due to Regional Regulation. The obstacle in implementing the sanction on parents as children exploiter in economic issue is children potentially suffered psychological effects due to the sanction.
