Abstract

Land registration in a complete systematic in the Sleman Regency started since in the beginning of 2017. In the beginning of 2018, land office of Sleman Regency targeting 28.000 land areas that located randomly in nine sub district in the Sleman Regency. This program is expected to help in improving of plan construction in the Sleman Regency. It also could gives guaranteed of legal certainty and gives protection of the law right over the land for society justly. This is could help for reducing the controversy or conflict of land in the Sleman Regency. This research aims to find out and to analyze the implementation land registration of property rights in a complete systematic in the Sleman Regency also the obstacle factors in the implementation. The type of this research is empirical legal research. It is focusing on social facts and already done directly by the respondents in Bokoharjo village, Prambanan district as the location of the research. The result from research found that the society received certificate of land rights as a result from program that has been done by office lands in Sleman regency, even there are some obstacles during the program implementation of registration land in a complete systematic. The conclusion of this research is office lands Sleman regency has set the stage according to the rules and the realization of a legal certainty as a one of purpose from land registration.
