Abstract

The background of this thesis is about the Complete Systematic Land Registration in Karo District, where this land registration is the goverment program. This program has been held since 2017 in Karo District. This legal writing appropriate with formulation of the problems, namely how to implement complete systematic land registration in Karo District. The purpose of this legal essay is to know how implementation of complete systematic land registration in Karo District and the purpose of this program is to guarantee legal certainty for the sociaty. The type of research that has been done is empirical law research. Empirical legal research is a study that focuses on the behavior of legal society with sociological legal research that sees the law in the real sense of the reality and facts that exist in society through observation, interview or questionnaire distribution, and the conclusion uses the inductive thinking method. The result of this research is the implementation of complete systematic land regisration in Karo District is run in accordance with the prevailing regulations and the society has been get the knowledge about complete systematic land registration from the goverment.
