Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the current business strategic of several culinary service family business and explain the future sustainability strategies to the management. The context of this study is sustainability and organizational strategy with a focus on small medium enterprise that classified as family business. This study is conducted by using industry attractiveness model and family business strategy (value position and cost position) to analyze business competitive advantages in order to assess the actual business condition and sustainability in the future. The results are there are 3 attributes that determine the competitive advantages of culinary business, ownership, culture and authenticity.
