Abstract

Observation about Implementation of Execution forward The Case of Releasing the prisoners for Law from civil institution (study of Forest Crime, oil and gas crime, rubber crime, and illegal logging in second class of civil Institution of Sorong, west Papua). In order to find out how attorney cooperate with civil Institution forward the implementation of Execution about Releasing the suspect for law from civil institutions jail, and to find out the treatment of law minister and human rights to civil institutions employees that proved through the cooperation of the suspect LS. This study uses the normative method which the data sources are from primary law, secondary law, and tertiary law data collection is done by literature study or interview which is done directly to the source The data analysis method uses qualitative analysis. The result relates to the releasing the prisoner for Law from Civil institution to LS, that’s is needed the coordination in each level of custody such as investigation, prosecution, examination in district court, high court, supreme court. Law Ministry and human rights based on examination so the team give the punishment which is being fired.
