Abstract

ABSTRACT This Legal Writing entitled is The Implementation of Compensation In Land Acquisition For the Construction of The Widening of The Padjajaran Road as a Supporter of The Construction of The Underpass For Public Interest in Kentungan four-way intersection Special Region of Yogyakarta. The discussion of the Legal Writing is about how the implementation of compensation for land acquisition for the development of widening Padjajaran road in Kentungan four-way intersection and what are the obstacles in the process implementation of compensation. This research focuses on social facts and is carried out directly to respondents and resource persons, with the results that primary data will be obtained supported by secondary data, related to land acquisition for the construction of widening Padjajaran road in Special Region of Yogyakarta that can be seen whether there are obstacles in the process giving of compensation. The conclusion is The Implementation of Compensation In Land Acquisition For the construction of the widening of the Padjajaran road as construction support of Underpasses at the Kentungan four-way intersection in the Special Region of Yogyakarta for public interest has been carried out in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 71 of 2012 concerning the implementation of land acquisition for the development of public interests. This causes the time of implementation and compensation by the Government to the person interviewed or the party whose land is affected by land acquisition to be carried out in accordance with stipulated and also feasible provisions, in the form of compensation provided.
