Abstract
The legal writing entitled The Implementation of Compensation Towards Holders of Land Ownership in Land Acquisition For South Lane Road Development in Creating Legal Certainty in Gunungkidul Regency. The type of applied research is empirical legal research, it is sociological study that includes research on the identification of law ( not written) and a study of the effectiveness of the law. This study is descriptive analytical, means that in doing research the data first were collected from respondents and the interviewees and then analyzed by narrowing the scope is specifically to the implementation of compensation for Sout Lane Road development in Gunungkidul Regency. In this study, data were analyzed using a qualitative approach is a way of analysis of the results of research the produces data that is expressed by respondents in writing or orally as well as the behavior of the real, observed and studied as a whole. The inductive method of thinking that is a way of thinking that starts from a knowledge that is specific and directed towards a knowledge of a general nature, is applied in this research. The conclusion for The Implementation of Compensation in Land Acquisition For South Lane Road Development in Saptosari Sub – District, Monggol Village and Paliyan Sub – District, Karangasen Village, in Gunungkidul Regency is not yet created the legal certainty. The reason is the people of Saptosari Sub – District, Monggol Village and Paliyan Sub – District, Karangasem Village still didn’t agree with the nominal of compensation, so the land procurement committee must repeat discussion with the people for the deal of compensation.
