Abstract

Writing in this thesis is to find out the Effectiveness of Discipline Penalties that have been established for Prisoners during their sentence and the formation process for Prisoners which has implications for Discipline Punishment for Prisoners at Correctional Institution II B Cebongan, Sleman. The method used by the author is a method of writing normative law. The results of this writing describe in the chapter a discussion of the correctional system that is applied to prisoners during their sentence and the concept of disciplinary punishment for prisoners who violate the Rules of Correctional Institution. The results of the discussion of the research to support the preparation of this thesis are general descriptions, the influence of violations of the Correctional Institution Rules and Implementation of Discipline Penalties for Prisoners at Correctional Institution II B Cebongan, Sleman. The results of the study's discussion that there were several coaching received by prisoners accompanied by supporting factors and barriers to supervision by prison officials for the life of prisoners, there are two influences that are the causes of violations of the Correctional Institution Rules and the implementation of disciplinary sentences that are equipped with work force (effective) Discipline Penalties for Prisoners at Correctional Institution II B Cebongan, Sleman.
