Abstract

Thesis entitled "Legal Aspects of Lake Toba Protection From Pollution Due to Surrounding Community Activities." Formulation of the Problem What are the Legal Aspects of Lake Toba Protection From Pollution from Surrounding Community Activities and what are the obstacles in the Legal Aspects of Lake Toba Protection from Pollution due to Surrounding Community Activities. This type of thesis research is empirical legal research. Empirical legal research is legal research that focuses on the behavior of the legal community.
