Abstract

The word effectiveness according to Soerjono Soekanto is the attitude of the acts or conduct of other parties who obey the law. Agreements are generally regulated on the General Agreement in the Civil Code and Law No. 13 of 2013 concerning Labor. This regulation is about the provision between the employer and the employees which also regulates the rights and obligations of the parties. PT Austasia Stockfeed in Lampung has guaranteed the rights of its employees by agreeing to all workers in accordance with the BPJS Employment which requires employers who are asked to work and workers for BPJS (regulated on the Article 15 paragraph (1) of Law Number 24 Year 2011 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency). This research is an empirical legal research. This study discusses the planning of the organizing agency's social security employment for workers of PT. Austasia Stockfeed. Based on the results of research and discussion it was concluded that the implementation of the BPJS Employment program at PT. Austasia Stockfeed has worked in accordance with the prevailing norms and all workers have been registered in all BPJS Employment programs. Keywords:Effectivity, Work Agreement, BPJS Employment.
