Abstract

This research entitled Implementation Of The Crime Investigation Police Department Narcotics Investigator and Investigator by The National Narcotics Agency (BNN). The problem of this research is “how the implementation of the Narcotics criminal investigation by the Police Investigator and Investigator by The National Narcotics Agency in Yogyakarta Region?. The Purpose of this research’s to know the implementation of criminal investigations by the Narcotics Police Investigator and Investigator by The National Narcotics Agency in Yogyakarta. The conclusion from this research, the authority refers to Act. 35 of 2009 that talks about narcotics, but in the execution of the investigation, there is the division of authory between Police investigators with BNN investigator by the habit. That habit which is the police investigators dealing with the crime of Narcotics with the small ones, while investigator to handle the narcotics crime from BNN fixed about big ones. Therefore, Indonesian Government should add provisions in the Act. 35 of 2009, regarding the qualifications divison of authority between the investigator Police and Investigators BNN in order to create legal certainly and that did not in overlap between Police and National Narcotics Agency(BNN) ind dealing with the crime of Narcotics.
