Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis entitled is Management of Taman Ayun Temple as a world cultural heritage. which is located on private property rights land in Badung regency, Bali. The temple was designated as part of the world cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2012, and has become part of the cultural lensing of the province of Bali. In this thesis discusses the management of Taman Ayun Temple as World Cultural Heritage. The purpose of writing this thesis is to know the parties who manage the Taman Ayun Temple, and how the technical management. The method used is the type of normative legal research, namely legal research that focuses on positive legal norms in the form of legislation regarding the Management of Taman Ayun Temple as World Cultural Heritage located on private property land in Badung regency. The management of Taman Ayun Temple is currently managed by Puri ageng mengwi as its owner, in the management of Puri Ageng Mengwi in cooperation with Badung regency government. In management it can be concluded that there has been a harmonization between legislation governing the management of cultural heritage with factual conditions.
