Abstract

This law theses is describing the reorganization of the local agency on the Sleman Local Government which is the impact of the implementation of the government regulations Number 18 on 2016 about the local agency. There are two major points to discuss in this writing which are the reorganization of the region in the Sleman and the conformity between reorganization of the regulations based on the field clasifications and the selected local agencies. The aim of this theses is to review the changes on the Sleman Local Government based on the government regulations. Reseacher uses the descriptive qualitative method with the deduction mind flow which describes the idea from the elaboration of the law regulations and analize it based on the application of a discovered case. Due to that fact, reasearcher uses the primer and secunder by studying the realted theories, law regulations, books, articles, on line sources, which are realted to the object of research and the interview on the selected local agencies. Shortly, the review and the analizing are discussed on the second chapter and the conclutions with advise are discussed on the third chapter. The result of the reseach found that there is a changes on the Sleman Local Government realted to the impact of the implementation of the government regulations Number 18 on 2016 about the local agency.
