Abstract
Legal writing / thesis entitled : “Enforcement of the Polri’s Profession Code of Ethics in Order to Optimize The Role of The Police as Law Enforcement Officers”. Problem formulation of this research is how to Enforcement of the Polri’s Profession Code of Ethics in Order to Optimize The Role of The Police as Law Enforcement Officers. This study aimed to, determine the enforcement of the Polri’s Profession Code of Ethics in order to optimize the role of the Police as law enforcement officers and obtain data which is used as the main material for preparing legal writing. This type of research in writing this law is normative legal research, namely research with a focus on Indonesian positive rules and laws. The data analysis method used to process and analyze data is by qualitative analysis, namely analysis carried out by understanding and assembling data that has been systematically collected, in the end a picture of the problem or situation under study will be obtained. In this writing conclusions will be drawn using deductive thinking processes that are originated from prepositions whose truths are known and end at a specific conclusion. Enforcement of the National Police Professional Code of Ethics in Order to Optimize the Role of the Police as Law Enforcement Officials must be carried out in accordance with the Laws and Regulations with supervision from both the public and from within the Police.
