Abstract

Land has a very important meaning for every individual in society, because it has a close relationship with the existence of every human being in the environment and its survival. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural for industrial activities in Boyolali Regency along with inhibitors The results showed that the implementation of the conversion of agricultural land to non-agriculture related to industrial activities in Boyolali District (Sawit District, Banyudono, Teras, Mojosongo) had been carried out according to procedures and IPPT. Therefore the government made a regulation regarding the procedure for permitting the transfer of functions of agricultural land to non-agriculture which is regulated in the regulation of the head of the land agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2011 concerning Procedures for Technical Considerations on Land Permit Control. the regulation is as a reference for permitting changes in agricultural land to non-agricultural land Keyword : Implementation of Land Function Transfer, Agriculture and non-agriculture and Industrial Activities
