Abstract

This study discusses the regulation of environmental pollution control caused by market waste and find out the obstacles and solutions to environmental pollution control. This research is empirical legal research, which focuses on social facts. The type of research data is primary data which is the main data besides secondary data. Methods of data collection in the form of library studies and interviews. From the results of the research carried out, the results of the method of environmental pollution control are carried out by the authorized agency and the market where there are programs implemented to prevent environmental pollution from occurring in the market. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that market service, parties directly related to it have an important role in maintaining before the occurrence of pollution in the market and every person must realize the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness.
