Abstract

This thesis is concerning the Review of the Function of the Constitution of Indonesia Number 34 of 2004 Concerning the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Related to Terorism in Supporting the Minister of Defense's Policy. The problem formulation is the Constitution of Indonesia No. 34 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Army (TNI) able to support the Minister of Defense's policy related to terorism. This legal research aims to find out, examine, and analyze the review of the function of the law of the republic of Indonesia Number 34 Year 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Army (TNI) related to terorism in supporting the Minister of Defense's Policy. This legal writing is a normative legal research. Based on the results of this study it concludes that the Constitution of Indonesia No. 34 of 2004 concerning the TNI’s function in supporting the Ministry of Defense's policy of supporting about the terorism. However, the Ministry of Defense must obey the values and principles contained in Constitiution of Indonesia No.34 of 2004 concerning the TNI.
