Abstract

Land registration in a complete systematic in the Kulon Progo Regency started since in the beginning of 2017. In the beginning of 2018, land office of Kulon Progo Regency targeting 20.200 land areas that located based on SK 180/KEP-34.01/XII/2017 in six sub district in the Kulon Progo Regency. This proram is expected besides for legal certainty but for increase welfare society. This is could help for reducing the controversy or conflict of land in the Kulon Progo Regency. This purpose of this study is to find out and to analyze the implementation lad registration in a complete systematic in Kulon Progo Regency also the abstacle factors in the implementation. The research method used is empirical legal research. It is focusing on social facts and already done directly by the respondens in Banjarasri, Banjaroyo, Hargomulyo, Hargotirto village. The results of the study are land registration in a complete systematic on 2018 in Kulon Progo Regency accordance with regulation of agrarian minister number 6 of 2018 and society received certificate of land rights as a results from program that has been done by office land in Kulon Progo Regency. However, still was found some abstracle in the implementation.
