In the end, the author concludes that these violations carried out in various ways, and how the most common approach is to always sell loss associated with market domination. The author gives suggestions to the Klaten District government to carry out control measures to impose sanctions to the perpetrators of business in Klaten regency immediately. In addition, businessperson should give priority to the interests of society as consumers. It's because their consumers who will enjoy what has been produced by the perpetrators of these efforts either goods or services and do not practice price fixing agreements that are not exempted in Article 50 of Law No. 5 Year 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition.
