Abstract

The law research entitled “ Fulfillment The Education Right For Child Prisoners In Class II Young Offenders Institutions Yogyakarta”. This research aims to find out whether the right education for child prisoners has been fulfilled. This research using normative law wich using literature in the form of legal regulation and secondary data. This research using quantitative analyze method.The result of this research is that Class II Young Offender institution yogyakarta has been fullfiled the right education for child prisoners based on Article 14 Paragraph (1) Letter c Law No.12/1995, but in the implementation still has obstacle to get a teachers who can lesson the young prisoner often so the lesson will be optimal, which should be prepared by the government espesially the Education Authorities.
