Abstract

The title of this research is implementation of the supervision of environmental agency to PT. Kolon Ina and PT. Polyplex Films Indonesia as an effort to prevention the occurrence of environmental pollution in Serang Regency, the problem of this research is Serang Regency is an industrial area, and the industry produces waste which can cause pollution, the environmental pollution is so dangerous and very disturb for lifeand therefore there is a need for supervision to avoid pollution. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation supervision of environmental agency to PT. Kolon Ina and PT.Polyplex Indonesia as an effort to prevention the occurrence of environmental pollution in Serang Regency. This writing uses the normative writing method where focuses on laws and regulations relating to the implementation of environmental services oversight. The conclucion of this research is the implementation of the supervision of environmental agency to PT. Kolon Ina and PT. Polyplex Films Indonesia has been implemented quite well. The environmental agency has carried out supervision for prevent the occurrence of environmental pollution.
