Abstract
Reclamation on the seashore of Tanjungpinang city has a negative impact on fishermen in the region. Activities that is not optimally managed potentially cause some fishermen loses their jobs. The objective of this study research are to know how legal enforcement Protecting the traditional fishermen to the reclamation activities and how legal protection constraints to traditional fishermen. This study research categorized as empirical Legal Research. Which Primary data was Collected through Interview with Respondent and supported by Secondary Data. The Conclusion of this Study Research is The Traditional fishermen Indeed lost their jobs due to the reclamation Activities. It is therefore, the provincial Of Riau government Must coordinate to Tanjungpinang city government to provide a proper compensation to the traditional fishermen.
