Abstract

This thesis is titled forest utilization permit for the rights of Dayak Punan Adiu indigenous legal people in Malinau Regency of North Kalimantan Province after the release of the constitutional court ruling number 35/PUU-X/2012. This thesis uses normative writing methods. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explore the permit of forest utilization above the rights of indigenous legal people Dayak Punan Adiu. Based on the results of the study, several arrangements were found to follow up the exit of the ruling of the Constitutional Court number 35/PUU-X/2012, especially regarding forest utilization permits on the rights of Dayak Punan Adiu indigenous law people
