Abstract
Improving the quality of services in order to provide public satisfaction is the main strategy for administrative service organizations in Indonesia, one of which is the Population and Civil Registry Office. The application of public service standards in improving the quality of public services described in Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 must be based on public interest, legal certainty, equal rights, balance of rights and obligations, professionalism, participation, equality of treatment / non-discrimination, openness, accountability, special facilities and treatment for vulnerable groups, timeliness, and speed, convenience, and affordability. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Yogyakarta is one of the public service offices / agencies in the area of population registration and civil registration. This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of public services in the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Yogyakarta. Based on this research, the implementation of services in the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Yogyakarta has been able to meet public service standards, namely services that can be relied on, responsive, guaranteed, friendly, polite and non-discriminatory.
