Abstract

Abonnement parking policy is one of the efforts of the region government to improve manage parking more effective in order to increase region income and to press deviation in managing parking. Sidoarjo district has been used abonnement parking policy to increase their income. This policy is for those who have motorcycle and cars in Sidoarjo district and they are required to pay at the time of payment of motor vehicle tax each year. The purpose of this is to see and study the parking fee policy in Sidoarjo district. In fact, this policy has quite an effective impact on local revenue, but in practice there is still fraud that occurs, such as double levy payments made by individuals who blame the regional authority/policy for subscribed parking areas. After that, the local government of Sidoarjo district conducted an evaluation and changed the policy to electronic parking.
