Abstract

This research aims to analyse the impact of family ownership on company performance in Indonesia. The sample used in this research is 43 banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in three years, starts from 2016 – 2018. Therefore, there are 129 observations. This research test one independent variable, one dependent variable and three control variables. Hypothesis testing is using multiple regression analysis. The result shows Family Ownership has negative effect towards Company Performance. The control variable ROA have a significant positive effect on Company Performance. The control variable CAR have a significant negative effect on Company Performance. The control variable LDR have a positive and insignificant effect on Company Performance.
