Abstract

Environmental pollution often occurs in industrial environments. Where one of them happened to PT. MONDRIAN which is located in Klaten. The violation that occurred was the absence of a waste water disposal installation. The method used in this paper is empirical. The formulation of the problem contained in this paper is how the implementation of supervision and administration of administrative sanctions against PT MONDRIAN in Klaten Regency as well as obstacles in the implementation of supervision and administration of administrative sanctions against PT MONDRIAN in Klaten Regency. The implementation of environmental and forestry services in Klaten District has been effective and this is evidenced by changes made by PT MONDRIAN. The obstacle faced is the lack of personnel owned by the environment and forestry services in Klaten Regency. The purpose of this paper is to determine the implementation of supervision and administrative sanctions against PT MONDRIAN in Klaten Regency and to determine the obstacles faced in carrying out supervision and administrative sanctions against PT MONDRIAN in Klaten Regency.
